Togoru was born from a simple yet powerful observation: pet owners in Saudi Arabia faced numerous challenges in finding reliable, convenient, and comprehensive pet care services. From scattered service providers to difficulty booking appointments and lack of transparency, the pet care industry needed a revolution.

Where It Began
As passionate pet owners, every trip revealed the same struggle — finding safe, trusted care shouldn’t be this hard. The pain was personal, and it sparked a vision to build something better for pets and their owners.

Understanding the Market
We crossed cities, clinics, boarding facilities, and pet stores — mapping behaviors, pricing models, service availability, and owner expectations. The demand was clear, the ecosystem lacked structure, and the opportunity was undeniable.
2024
From Vision to Venture
Selected and incubated by Misk Launchpad Cohort 6, Togoru transformed from a personal frustration into a scalable digital infrastructure for Saudi Arabia’s pet care sector. Recognized as an emerging Saudi startup with national impact and alignment with the country’s innovation goals.
2025
Soft Launch & Strategic Expansion
We introduced Togoru with select clinics and service partners — building trust, real bookings, and a connected community. This year marks our contribution to Saudi Arabia’s digital transformation movement, supporting the modernization of pet healthcare services and aligning with the ambitions of Vision 2030.
