Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your Togoru account directly from the app. Here's what you need to know:

Account deletion requests must be submitted through the Togoru mobile application
Once you submit a deletion request, we will process it within 30 days
After the deletion process is complete, all your personal data, including profile information, booking history, and preferences, will be permanently removed from our systems
We do not retain any of your personal data after account deletion is complete, except where required by law for record-keeping purposes

Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you wish to use Togoru services again, you will need to create a new account.

When you use Apple Pay to make payments through our app, your payment information is processed securely by Apple. Togoru does not store your credit card information. Apple Pay uses device-specific numbers and unique transaction codes to ensure your payment information remains private.
