Users must provide accurate and truthful information when registering, booking services, or purchasing products. Users are responsible for keeping their information updated. Togoru reserves the right to suspend or cancel any account used unlawfully

4. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to the confirmation and approval of the service provider. Payments are processed through secure electronic payment gateways. Amount charged at booking or confirmation depending on service type

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

For services: Customers may cancel a booking and receive a refund only if cancellation is made before scheduled service time. For products: Customers may request a return and refund within seven (7) days from delivery date. Products must be unopened, unused, and in original condition with complete packaging. Refunds will be issued exclusively to the card used for original payment

6. Use of Platform

The platform may not be used for illegal or harmful purposes. No content from Togoru may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission. Togoru reserves the right to modify or discontinue any services without notice

7. Reviews & Ratings

All reviews and ratings must be genuine and non-offensive. Togoru reserves right to remove any review with offensive language or misleading information

8. Liability

Togoru is not liable for damages or losses from misuse of services or products. Service providers are fully responsible for service quality and safety. Disputes handled through customer support evaluation

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, trademarks, logos, designs belonging to Togoru are protected under Saudi Arabian intellectual property laws

10. Amendments to Terms

Togoru reserves right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use after amendments constitutes acceptance

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Saudi Arabian laws with exclusive jurisdiction in Saudi courts

12. E-Commerce & Product Purchases

12.1 Overview: Togoru enables users to purchase pet-related products through e-commerce on app and website. 12.2 Role of Togoru: Togoru acts as intermediary between customer and seller, not responsible for third-party product quality or legality. 12.3 Orders & Payments: All orders subject to product availability and seller approval. Prices include VAT unless specified otherwise. Full payment required upon order completion. 12.4 Shipping & Delivery: Delivery times vary by product and customer location. Delivery provided by third-party logistics partners. Togoru not liable for shipping delays or damages but assists with solutions. 12.5 Returns & Refunds: Products may be returned within seven (7) days if unopened and unused. Perishable items and health products may not be eligible. Return shipping fees may apply. 12.6 Product Descriptions & Liability: Togoru strives for accurate descriptions but doesn't guarantee error-free information. Togoru disclaims liability for injuries from product use. 12.7 User Responsibility: Users must review ingredients to ensure pet suitability. Consulting veterinarian recommended before new products. 12.8 Data Sharing: Togoru may share customer contact and address information with seller or delivery company per Privacy Policy
