At Togoru, we are committed to providing a clear and flexible experience for both pet owners and service providers. The following outlines our updated policy on cancellations and refunds.
1. Cancellation Policy
Appointment-Based Services
Includes:
Grooming, veterinary clinics, and product deliveries.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment or delivery time.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Refund Policy
Cash Refunds
A cash refund may be issued in the following cases (subject to verification and confirmation between both parties):
- Service not delivered.
- Issues with service quality.
- Product received is incorrect, damaged, or incomplete.
Note: Refunds may take 7 to 10 business days to appear on the original payment card, depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. No-Shows & Force Majeure
Cases of no-shows or circumstances beyond control (force majeure) will be assessed by Togoru's customer support team on a case-by-case basis.
Possible resolutions may include rescheduling or partial refunds, at the discretion of Togoru.

- Togoru reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
